at St. Peter's Church
Our
aim is to help all at St. Peter’s to express our love and thankfulness
in praise to our great God, and to draw other people, through our
worship, to come to know the love of the Father, the saving work of
Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit in and through their lives.
A Music Band leads worship
on 2nd, 4th and 5th
Sundays. Members play classical guitar, accoustic guitar, drums,
trumpet, clarinet, keyboard, organ, and we have a group of singers to
lead the singing. We aim to use contemporary music, as well as popular
songs and hymns of the last thirty years. The band is run by Jim Robertson and Jim Adams.Rosemary Richards is our Music Co-Ordinator and has established a new choir which leads our more traditional worship both on Sundays and, where appropiate major festivals or civic events. The choir is also available for singing at weddings.
